You’re tired of being too tired.

It’s like you don’t even recognize yourself anymore.

Pregnancy and new motherhood bring a whirlwind of emotions, expectations, and changes that can feel completely overwhelming.

If you're pregnant, you may be filled with uncertainty—worrying about how labor will go, what the newborn stage will be like, or whether you'll ever sleep again. And that’s before even thinking about your changing body and whether or not you'll “bounce back.” The anxiety and overwhelm can already feel intense, even before the baby arrives.

If you're postpartum, you might feel stretched too thin, exhausted, and barely keeping up with the basics—let alone finding time for yourself or the things you truly enjoy. The constant demands can leave you feeling guilty, sad, or frustrated as you try to figure out how to do it all. You used to be ale to manage everything , but now it feels like too much.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help you create balance and find yourself again.

Therapy with focus on your perinatal and postpartum experience can help you navigate your shifting identity, self-worth, and the challenge of balancing your needs while caring for your baby. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, unappreciated, or stuck in guilt and conflict over new and existing responsibilities—maybe even struggling to reconcile this version of motherhood with the one you imagined. Through our work, we’ll create space for all the feelings that are coming up, reconnect with the person you were before motherhood, and help you step into the version of yourself you want to become as a mother.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Becoming a mom is such hard work. It’s not just you feeling like it’s more than you expected. Your experience is real and it gets better.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • You no longer feel mom guilt.

  • Parenting feels a little less like work .

  • Your relationships with others feel energizing and not draining.

  • Connected to yourself and feel worthy of self-care.

Taking care of you is possible.
