Full payment is expected at each session
Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice and no-show appointments will be charged at my full fee.

Fees
15 minute consultation call for FREE
All sessions are $165 per 50 minute session.
Phone calls greater than 15 minutes, written reports and extended sessions will be charged at a prorated hourly fee.
Private Pay
I am considered out-of-network and not currently in-network for any insurance plans.
At your request, I will provide monthly statements/ super-bills for you to submit to insurance on your own for reimbursement.
